To celebrate 25 years of SHH, we have produced this Anniversary Recipe Book - 2026

There are 59 pages of receipes from canapes to puddings

2026 sees the 25th Anniversary of Speen Helping Hospices. Since 2001, we have been raising funds for four hospices: Helen and Douglas House, Rennie Grove Peace, South Bucks Hospice and Florence Nightingale Hospice

To date, we are delighted to have raised over £200,000 for these worthy causes that do so much for those in need in our local area.

This recipe book has been generously sponsored by Hildreth’s Cook & Gift Shop at their Garden Centre, Prestwood in Buckinghamshire, and is a new venture drawing on our pleasure in getting together over a home-cooked meal, so we have selected some of our favourites - from much-loved family recipes, ideas from newspapers and magazines, as well as dishes that have graced the tables of our past Ladies’ Lunches over the years.
