About Us Speen Helping Hospices is a fundraising group set up in 2001 to fundraise for four local hospices - Florence Nightingale, Rennie Grove, South Bucks Hospice and Helen House, the hospice for children.

The hospices provide a range of palliative and end-of-life care services to people in Buckinghamshire. They are primarily supported by charitable donations and are increasingly reliant on local support to continue to provide the specialist care of inpatient and day hospice services.

The success of every event run by Speen Helping Hospices can help to improve the nature and quality of care provided at end of life, not only for the individuals approaching end of life but the needs of their families also. All funds raised enable families to spend their last days together with care, compassion and dignity.
